BUILDING & PLANNING
The Planning & Building Department establishes policies and regulations as they relate to land use in the Township of Tiny, and protects the residents of Tiny by ensuring compliance to Provincial building regulations. The Planning section is responsible for the formulation of planning and development policies within the Township and the application of those policies to specific development proposals. The Building Section is responsible for the administration of building permits and its processes.
Municipal Approvals Process For Development
Once you have decided your building project (big or small), a number of permits and approvals will be required before you begin to build. The permits required are established by Provincial regulations and would generally be needed in any municipality in Ontario.
Municipal staff, are capable of assisting you through the approvals process.
