Assessment Information

The regional assessment office, located in Barrie, does all the assessments for the Township's properties. They usually send out assessment notices at the end of December each year. The assessment listed on these notices will be used to determine your taxes for the next year. If you do not agree with your assessment, please contact the assessment office that will either review your assessment or direct you to the Assessment Review Board.
