Mandate
The Community Recreation Committee provides Township-wide perspective and input on all parks, recreation, beach and trail issues.
It assists in identifying community wide needs and opportunities for new program development and delivery, and inputs on broad recreational needs, trends, strategies and plans.
The Community Recreation Committee also forwards advice and recommendations to Council regarding recreation delivery in the Township of Tiny.
The Community Recreation Committee is comprised of seven (7) non-elected members and one (1) elected member and meets every second Wednesday of each month. Meetings are held at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers, 130 Balm Beach Rd W, Perkinsfield.
