TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting of Council will be held on Monday, April 8, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers regarding an update on the Shoreline Planning Project - Extension of Interim Control By-law. Prior to this, Council will be meeting in closed session at 4:00 p.m. to discuss a matter related to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality, as permitted under s. 239(2) of the Municipal Act.
