We recognize that volunteers help to enhance the work of staff in the creation of a safe and enjoyable place in which to live, work, and play.

If you know a Tiny resident that is worthy of one of the Citizen of the Year Awards, please submit an application to the applicable award below.
The nominator may include additional information with the nomination such as letters of support, copies of certificates, newspaper clippings, and/or stories.
Applicants will be reviewed by committee. Applicants representing a political agenda, or who are not in good standing with the township will not be considered.
Nominations for 2025 open on September 5, 2025 and close on January 5, 2026.
The Robert Robitaille Volunteer Award recognizes individuals who have made a lasting impact on parks, recreation, or community life in Tiny, in memory of a cherished local figure who passed in July 1994.
The Corrie Hamelin Volunteer Award honours the memory of an exceptional volunteer by recognizing individuals who selflessly contribute to multiple community causes and embody the spirit of giving back to Tiny.
The award honours an outstanding youth under 18 who has made a positive impact in Tiny through contributions in areas like arts, sports, volunteering, education, or community service.
The award celebrates a senior 65+ who has enriched Tiny’s community through contributions in fields like arts, service, or volunteering.
