NSM SGS Activity Toolkit
The North Simcoe Muskoka Specialized Geriatric Services Activity Toolkit (PDF) has been developed for seniors who are impacted by COVID-19 - those who live independently at home, with family at home, in a retirement home or long-term care home in North Simcoe Muskoka. The first part of the toolkit is designed to help individualize activities that support a person's physical, cognitive, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. It is hoped that activities outlined in this toolkit will provide opportunities for seniors to remain engaged and active during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Toolkit also includes resources of websites highlighting videos of activities being done around the world, and in our community.
