NOTICE - July 8, 2024 Meeting: Due to technical difficulties, the Committee of Adjustment meeting scheduled for 6:00 p.m. this evening (July 8, 2024) in the Township of Tiny Council Chambers, 130 Balm Beach Road West, Tiny, will not be livestreamed to the Township’s YouTube channel. We apologize for this inconvenience. As stated on our website, livestreaming is provided as a courtesy and the best way to be guaranteed to hear all of the proceedings is to attend meetings in person.
An application must be deemed complete by the Township prior to the application cut-off date to be considered at the following Committee of Adjustment meeting.
Application review may take up to a week to complete. Please provide an electronic copy of your application and supporting documents to Planning & Development staff by email in advance to aid in this process. Once Planning & Development staff have completed their review, a hardcopy of the application, supporting documents and fee is to be submitted by the cut-off date in the drop-box at the Township Municipal Office or by mail.
If application volume for a specific meeting is high, applications will be automatically deferred, even if submitted before the deadline, until the following meeting agenda. You will be advised accordingly.
