This program is for everyone who wants to feel some happiness in their day.
When we meet a cheerful and optimistic individual, what do we notice? Often, it is their smile and look of contentment. Then, we hear their welcoming voice. Ever wonder how these individuals continue to embrace laughter and joy and yet manage conflict, bad news and pain?
Hear our four life experts weigh in on happiness. Joining us on October 26, will be a psychiatrist (and CEO), a music therapist (and fiddler), a qualifying psychotherapist (also an indigenous artist) and a physiotherapist (a motivator and fun guy).
This event will be held in person at the MCC, free MCC registration, and will also be broadcast on Rogers TV throughout Simcoe County and online Be Happy😀 YouTube online at 7:30 PM on Wednesday, October 26, 2022. If you missed the "home and health" program on Thursday, September 15 due to technical issues, here's the link Home and Health YouTube Video
