It is a mandatory requirement that the Service Provider maintains commercial general liability insurance to respond to any liability arising out of the Service Provider’s provision of services to the Township.

Insurance Coverage Amount: The Service Provider shall maintain a minimum coverage amount of $2,000,000. The Service Provider may choose to maintain higher coverage at their discretion.

Additional Insured: The Township of Tiny must be listed as an additional insured on the Service Provider’s insurance policy.

Insurance Options: The Service Provider has the option to obtain the required insurance policy through either of the following methods:

• Township of Tiny's Facility Users Group Program: The Service Provider may elect to obtain insurance coverage through the Township of Tiny's Facility Users Group Program. Details and application procedures for this option can be provided by the Township.
• Independent Broker: Alternatively, the Service Provider may choose to procure the necessary insurance coverage through an independent insurance broker. The selection of an independent broker shall be at the discretion of the Service Provider, and all associated costs for such insurance shall be borne by the Service Provider.

We seek individuals with applicable training, certification, or a strong background in the field or program they wish to instruct, ensuring a high-quality experience for our participants.

If offering programs for vulnerable sectors (under 18Y or over 55Y), a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screen Check is required.
