  We are currently accepting original submissions for:

  • Front Cover Photo
  • Back Cover Photo
  • Monthly Feature Images (12 total)

  This is your opportunity to showcase what makes Tiny special!

  Submission Theme

  All photo and artwork submissions must reflect one or more of the following:

  • Natural Landscapes
  • Local Culture and Community Life
  • Historical Significance within the Township

  Submission Deadline

  Friday, September 4, 2026

• Terms and Conditions

  To ensure the calendar reflects the values of the Township of Tiny, please note:

  1. Submissions must be original work
  2. AI-generated images will not be accepted
  3. All photo/artwork submissions must be submitted digitally via the webform below.
  4. Content must be appropriate for a general audience
  5. Photo Consent must be obtained from all individuals appearing in the photograph. For individuals who are under the age of 18, photo consent must be obtained from their legal parent/guardian. Please have individuals complete the Township's Photo Release Waiver prior to making any photo submissions and attach the waiver(s) as part of any submissions.
  6. The following content will not be considered:

  • Religious messaging
  • Political content

  • Inappropriate or offensive material

Call for Local Business Advertisements

• What We're Looking For

  Eligibility

  • Businesses must be local to the Township of Tiny.

  ---

  Ad Specifications

  • Standard ad size: 2 inches x 3.5 inches
  • Businesses may purchase multiple ads per month
    • Multiple ads can be combined to create larger, banner-style advertisements

  ---

  Pricing

  • $50 + HST per ad (2" x 3.5")
  • Total cost will be based on the number of ads purchased

  Submission Requirements

  All advertisers must provide:

  Business Details

  • Business Name
  • Contact Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

  Design Assets

  • High-resolution logo (preferred formats: PNG, JPG, or vector file)

  Advertisement Content

  • Brief event or promotion description, such as:
    • Type of event or promotion (e.g., live music, special promotion)
    • Date and time (if applicable)
    • Any featured details (e.g., performer, theme, offer)

  Example:
  “Live Music Night – Fridays at 7 PM featuring local artists”

  Ad Ideas (For Businesses Without Specific Dates)

  If your business does not have event-based promotions, consider:

  • Weekly specials (e.g., “$5 Burger Day Every Wednesday”)
  • Seasonal promotions (e.g., “Perfect Patio Dining All Summer”)
