TAKE NOTICE that the Township of Tiny will be undertaking various reconstruction and resurfacing work on several roads throughout the municipality.
Construction will be carried out in stages, which include pulverizing the existing surface, placing and grading new gravel, fine grading, paving, topping up gravel driveways, repaving asphalt driveways, and completing granular shoulders. The full construction process for each road is expected to take approximately six weeks, beginning with pulverization and concluding with the installation of granular shoulders.
The following roads are scheduled to be completed this year, as seen on the map on page two of this notice:
May – June
- North Shore Drive between Cedar Point Road and Cynthia Road
- Cedar Point Road between #467 Cedar Point Road and Lafontaine Road
- Concession 14 West between Cedar Point Road and #239 Concession 14 West
- Tiny Beaches Road South between Concession 8 West and Concession 9 West
- Concession 11 East between 327 Concession 11 East and Concession 12 East
June – July
- Macavalley Road between Concession 16 East and #280 Macavalley Road
- Champlain Road between Glendale Road and Concession 17 East
- Robb's Road between Macavalley Road and Champlain Road
July – August
- Tiny Beaches Road North between #256 Tiny Beaches Road North and Concession 12 West
- Oliver Drive between Sherwood Gate and Concession 11 West
September – October
- Mertz Corner Road between Baseline Road South and Highway 93
- Tiny Beaches Road South Concession 4 West and Concession 5 West
- Baseline Road North From Balm Beach Road East to North Limit
More information regarding dates will be provided to property owners closer to the start dates of these construction projects.
