TAKE NOTICE that access to Balm Beach will be temporarily restricted due to construction of the Balm Beach walkway. Crews will be replacing the asphalt walkway at Balm Beach between the beach and parking area. Construction work will start on October 4, 2024, and is anticipated to be complete on October 18, 2024.
