Township of Tiny calls for vendors and exhibitors for the 2024 Community BBQ

(Tiny, Ontario) The Township of Tiny is excited to announce our call for vendors for the annual Community BBQ event, which is set to take place on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Perkinsfield Park (43 County Road 6 South, Tiny).

The annual Community BBQ is Tiny’s biggest, most highly anticipated community celebration, that saw an estimated 1,600 attendees last year. The event offers the Tiny community a day of fun filled with delicious food hot off the grill, live music, a family fun zone, and the opportunity to discover unique finds at the vendor fair.

The township is looking for local artisans, vendors, exhibitors, and community groups to participate in this year's event. The vendor fair will be located under the Perkinsfield Covered Pavilion. Each space will include an 8-foot table as well as a chair. However, there is no electrical hook-up, Wi-Fi, or ATM access on site. Applicants must obtain or provide proof of insurance, which is available to purchase through the township for a small fee. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
