Township of Tiny to Enact New Procedure By-law

The Council of the Township of Tiny will consider a new Procedure By-law governing the proceedings of Council and its Committees, at its regular Committee of the Whole Meeting on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, with the intent to enact the By-law at its regular Meeting of Council on Wednesday, March 13, 2024. In terms of the proposed new Procedure By-law, Council will consider the following:

• The consolidation of previous Procedure By-law amendments;
• The current deputation process; and
• The process for the receipt of petitions.
