(Tiny, Ontario) The Township of Tiny will be hosting our annual Tree Lighting Celebration on Friday, December 4, 2026. The community is invited to join us for a festive evening from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at Perkinsfield Park (43 County Road 6 South). The official tree lighting will take place at approximately 6:15 p.m.

In addition to the tree lighting, the celebration will include free photos with Santa, a themed gingerbread bouncy house, Tiny Fun Art crafts, free hot chocolate by the fire, and a variety of activities for children and families. Participants will also be treated to school choir performances from Wyevale Central Public School and École élémentaire catholique Sainte-Croix, and a live performance from Alex Barber.

The township will be collecting non-perishable food donations on behalf of the Georgian Bay Food Network which will be distributed throughout the community to those in need ahead of the holiday season.

The Township of Tiny would like to recognize the generous contributions of our community sponsors and partners. Thank you to Tim Hortons Midland (Highway 93) for providing hot chocolate, and the Midland Public Library and Springwater Public Library for providing family-friendly activities.
