Township of Tiny reminding residents of alternative payment methods due to Canada Post strike

The Township of Tiny is aware that the Canadian Union of Postal Workers went on strike at 12:01 a.m. on November 15, 2024. During the Canada Post strike there will likely be mail service disruptions. 

The township offers e-billing for tax and water accounts, and there are a variety of payment methods for various township services such as: 

  • Pre-authorized payment plans
  • Online banking or telephone banking
  • At financial institutions 
  • By credit card
  • In-person or drop-box 

Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) payment options are also available for vendors. If you are expecting a mailed cheque from the township, please contact us to make arrangements for EFT payments. 

The township is unable to make exceptions for late payments sent by mail.
