Tiny’s annual Community BBQ event is our biggest, most highly anticipated community celebration. It’s a day where residents come together for fun, food, and festivities.

Whether you're a long-time resident or a newcomer to the Township of Tiny, mark your calendars, gather your loved ones, and get ready for a day of celebration. The event offers the Tiny community a day of fun filled with delicious food hot off the grill, live music, a family fun zone, and the opportunity to discover unique finds at the vendor fair.

Free Shuttle Services from Wyevale and Lafontaine
We're bringing back free shuttles for this year's festivities! Leave the worries of parking behind and hop on a bus from either the Township of Tiny Soccer Pitches (29 Concession Road 5 East)  or Lafontaine Park (342 Lafontaine Road West). Buses will start from the respective parks at 11:00 a.m., with continuous service to and from the event until the last call at 3:00 p.m. from Perkinsfield Park.

Apply to be part of the Vendor Fair

The Township of Tiny is looking for local artisans, vendors, and community groups to participate in this year's event. Participating in the event offers valuable exposure to a diverse audience, allowing local individuals or businesses to showcase their unique products and services. It provides a platform for marketing, networking, and generating leads. By being part of the event, vendors can promote their brand, connect with potential customers and collaborators, and boost their business within the local community.

The vendor fair will be located under the Perkinsfield Covered Pavilion. Each space will include an 8-foot table as well as a chair. However, there is no electrical hook-up, Wi-Fi, or ATM access on site. Applicants must obtain or provide proof of insurance, which is available to purchase through the township for a small fee. Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
