TAKE NOTICE that there will be a temporary service disruption due to short-term sidewalk closures in the areas of Lafontaine, Perkinsfield, and Wyevale for various repairs. Work is scheduled to begin on June 15, 2026, and be performed between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The temporary closures will be in place for 1-2 days in sections, and all repairs are anticipated to be complete in an approximate two-week timeframe (pending weather) in the following areas:
Lafontaine
Rue Lafontaine Road West between Cedar Point Road and 287 Rue Lafontaine Road West
Perkinsfield
Balm Beach Road West between 40 Balm Beach Road West and County Road 6 South
Balm Beach Road East between County Road 6 South and 116 Balm Beach Road East
County Road 6 South between Balm Beach Road West and 153 County Road 6 South
County Road 6 North between Balm Beach Road East and Asselin Drive
Wyevale
County Road 6 South between 904 County Road 6 South and Matilda Street
Concession Road 5 West between 10 Concession Road 5 West and County Road 6 South
Concession Road 5 East between County Road 6 South and Howard Avenue
Pedestrians and motorists are asked to avoid the fresh concrete while it dries until the supporting forms have been removed by crews.
Impacted residents and businesses have been notified.
