(Tiny, Ontario) Over the period of June 12 to June 14, Township of Tiny By-law Officers were on full patrol responding to calls ranging from roadside debris, signs, and noise.

Township By-law Officers patrolled 310km throughout the municipality via bicycles. A total of 35 complaints were responded to for various concerns:

Roadside Debris

Please be reminded that roadside debris (i.e. broken chairs, old furniture and tables, old BBQ, scrap metal, etc.) is not permitted on the road allowance as there is no free pickup. Items that are left on the roadside will be issued a yellow sticker requiring their removal within 72 hours. Items remaining after 72 hours may be picked up by Township of Tiny staff, disposed of, and a Non-Compliant Waste Service Fee of $180 will be applied.

Residents are encouraged to take waste to the County of Simcoe’s North Simcoe Transfer Station, 1700 Golf Link Road, Midland, (Monday – Saturday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.).
