Fore…! The Township of Tiny is teeing up once again to host the Mayor’s Charity Golf Tournament and is thrilled to announce that the tournament will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at the Orr Lake Golf Club.

“We are excited to expand our support for charities by building on our long-standing golf tournament through the addition of a pickleball tournament,” said Mayor David Evans. “We will continue to focus on small, local charities with the funding from both of these tournaments. These local charities are deeply rooted in our community and are best suited to reach people in need across North Simcoe. Your support directly makes an impact on those that need it most.”

Since the first tournament, we have raised over $517,000, for more than 40 charitable organizations across our region.

Stay tuned for more details about this year's tournament.

Funding Applications

The Mayor’s Charity Golf Tournament’s primary goal is to provide funding for projects and programs delivered by local not-for-profit organizations that support the township’s corporate values and strategic priorities.

As the event is taking place within the geographic boundaries of Springwater Township, provincial lottery licensing regulations require that any associated lottery licence be issued by the Township. While the municipality itself is not eligible to hold a lottery licence, this creates an exciting opportunity for an eligible charitable organization to apply for the licence and host the 50/50 draw.

Through this partnership, the selected charity will have the opportunity to raise funds, increase community awareness, and engage directly with event attendees, making the 50/50 draw a valuable and rewarding fundraising initiative.

Please indicate on your funding application if you are interested in hosting the 50/50 draw at the event. A Township representative will contact the successful applicant with further details.
