On Friday, April 26 from 10:00am-12noon, join Ontario By Bike, Tourism Simcoe County, Town of Midland, Town of Penetanguishene, Township of Tay and  Township of Tiny for an in-person workshop to learn more about the growing cycle tourism market in Ontario ($537M industry in 2021) and how welcoming cyclists is good for your business. The workshop is open to everyone and free to participate, but is of particular interest to tourism professionals, including accommodations, food services, attractions, tour operators, breweries, wineries, business areas and cycling related businesses and organizations interested in the development of cycle tourism.

Whether you are already part of the Ontario By Bike Network or if you would like to learn more about becoming certified and the impact of cycle tourism, attend the workshop to hear local cycling updates, refresh your knowledge of regional cycling routes, learn tips for how to attract cyclists to your location, and connect with other tourism industry professionals.
