Fore…! The Township of Tiny is teeing up once again to host the Mayor’s Charity Golf Tournament and is thrilled to announce that the tournament will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at the Orr Lake Golf Club.

Since its inception, the Golf Tournament initiative has raised over $479,000 for more than 40 local charitable organizations, in support of their services to improve our community’s health and wellness.

How can you “par”ticipate?

The cost for a foursome is $800. Registration includes an 11:30 a.m. shotgun start for an 18-hole round with a cart, lunch and snacks, buffet dinner, silent auction and raffle draws, and on-course competitions and prizes! Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Alternate formats for golfer registration are available upon request. If you would like to register as a single or duo, please contact Jacqueline Wilson at jwilson@tiny.ca
Pay by credit card: Use the event fundraising webpage to register and pay by card. Invoicing is available upon request.

A variety of sponsorship and donation opportunities are available to those looking to promote their organization while also supporting a charitable initiative. Sponsorships range from the Title Sponsorship to the $150 Lunch Sponsor. In addition, the township is grateful for donations to the silent auction and raffle draws.
Pay by credit card: Complete the sponsorship package and submit by email. You will then receive an invoice with a link to complete payment by card.
Pay by invoice: Complete the sponsorship package and submit by email. You will then receive an invoice that can be included with a cheque that is mailed to the Township Office.
Pay by cheque: Complete the sponsorship package and, along with a cheque, mail it to the Township Office. Invoicing available upon request.

Funding Applications

The Mayor’s Charity Golf Tournament’s primary goal is to provide funding for projects and programs delivered by local not-for-profit organizations that support the township’s corporate values and strategic priorities.
