Join us for a thought-provoking two-part presentation focused on aging with confidence, purpose, and preparedness. In the first session, Jenna Wickens of MatureMinds, CFS Counselling and Wellbeing, will explore the impact of ageism, one of the most common and often overlooked forms of prejudice. Learn how age-related stereotypes affect our health, well-being, relationships, and communities, and discover practical ways to recognize and challenge ageist attitudes in ourselves and others. Together, we'll explore how changing the narrative around aging can create better health outcomes and a brighter future for everyone.

In the second session, Lorraine Jordan will present on mindful downsizing, offering practical guidance for those considering a move into retirement living or preparing to sell and transition from a longtime family home. Learn strategies for simplifying your living space, organizing possessions, reducing stress, and making informed decisions throughout the downsizing process. Whether you're planning a move soon or simply looking to prepare for the years ahead, this informative presentation will provide valuable tips to help you navigate change with confidence and peace of mind.
