This workshop features Travis MacIver, the Experience Development Coordinator for Tourism Simcoe County, Cycle Simcoe, who will discuss cycling and e-bikes on local trails, and Renee Scruton, a physiotherapist from Chigamik Community Health Centre, sharing insights on senior health and mobility. Additionally, we have a lineup of fitness providers, including Dino Pangrazzi (Yoga)Colin Eccles (Aging Backwards)Debbie Ferris-Giammattolla (VON Smart), and Helen Veninger (Drumming), ready to guide you on various aspects of senior fitness and well-being.
