The Winter Carnaval d’Hiver offers fun for the whole family! Enjoy activities like the Birds of Prey Show, Stories by the Fire, and a spectacular skating routine. Ongoing activities include snow tubing, snowshoeing and maple taffy. Don’t miss the free pancake lunch at noon (while supplies last)!

11:00 a.m. | Birds of Prey Show

Join us for two exhilarating and educational Birds of Prey Show, where you will witness the awe-inspiring beauty and power of some of the world's most magnificent raptors. Our expert falconers will introduce you to a variety of birds, including eagles, hawks, falcons, and owls, showcasing their incredible hunting skills and unique behaviors.

11:45 a.m. | Stories by the Fire with Midland Public Library

Gather around the cozy fire as we share winter tales perfect for children.

12:00 p.m. | Pancake Lunch

We have something special in store for you with a free pancake lunch, generously donated by Phil's Catering, while supplies last. 

12:30 p.m. | Skating Performance

Join us for a skating performance from the Elmvale Skating Club.

1:00 p.m. | Public Skating

Following the exciting skating performance, the rink will open for public skating at 1 PM. This is a great opportunity for everyone to lace up their skates and enjoy the ice.
