About the Mid-Winter Social
Embrace the magic of winter at Discovery Harbour's Mid-Winter Social, where family fun, crafts, games, and exciting activities come together for a truly festive experience. From cozy treats to outdoor adventures, there’s something for everyone to enjoy—come make the most of this snowy season with us! Join us February 15-17, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.

We Are The Villagers are inviting the community to join them for a traditional British tea room filled with a collection of antique treasures and enjoy a selection of fine teas, homemade scones, and clotted cream served with an assortment of delectable seasonal sweets.
Cost: $30 per person
Proceeds from the tea go to support children’s programs.

The Huronia Airport invites you to join them for their Winter Ski/Wheel Flyin!
Enjoy a fun day of aviation and watch multiple aircrafts fly into the airport.
Free admission. Several food and beverage options including peameal on a bun, chili, and hot coffee are available for purchase.

The event benefits the Lions Foundation of Canada Guide Dogs program. Registration is open to participants 16 years of age or older, and the minimum pledge is $25.

The Tiny Township Lions Club are hosting a Breakfast with Santa event in support of local foodbanks.
The cost to join this breakfast is a food donation for the foodbanks.
You're invited to the annual Wyevale Santa Claus Parade, hosted by the Wyevale Parks and Recreation Association.
This year's theme is the 12 Days of Christmas!
Food bank donations will be collected for those in need and will be distributed to the Elmvale Food Bank.

The Huronia Museum invites you to step into a winter wonderland and experience the magic of the season at its annual Holiday Home Tour.
Embark on a captivating journey through stunning homes, each uniquely decorated for the holidays. Meet the passionate individuals who have poured their hearts into creating these festive masterpieces. From classic elegance to whimsical creativity, you’ll be amazed by the diversity of styles and the heartwarming stories behind each home.
Ticket Information:
There will be 24 amazing local vendors selling crafts and gifts ranging from metalwork, woodwork, pottery, jewelry and much more! There will also be raffles and refreshments, with all event proceeds helping animals in need in our community.
Tickets: $5 in advance, $6 at the door. Tickets are available at The Mouse Trap, Indulge Boutique, Simply Country and The Midland & District Animal Centre.
