The Township of Tiny has received an application from Roi Farms Ltd., owners of 71 Concession 15 West, for a Zoning By-law Amendment. The Township deemed the application complete and held a Statutory Public Meeting on Wednesday, July 3rd, 2024 at 5:30 PM.
Further, Council enacted By-law 24-043 on August 28, 2024 under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13 as amended. Any specified person or public body may appeal the above-noted zoning by-law amendment to the Ontario Land Tribunal by filing with the Clerk of the Township of Tiny by no later than September 19, 2024 at 4:30 PM,
