The Township of Tiny enacted By-law 26-034 on August 5, 2026, under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P. 13 as amended.
The purpose of the By-law is to re-zone the lands, under Zoning By-law 22-075, as amended, from the Shoreline Commercial (SC) to Shoreline Residential (SR).
