Election Signs in the Township of Tiny are regulated by Election Sign By-law 26-019. This By-law outlines the rules on where and when election signs can be placed during an election.

Election Sign By-law Complaints

Township of Tiny – Public Property and Roads:

If you have concerns about a by-law violation (including the Election Sign By-law), you may Submit a By-law Complaint online and attach any pictures you are referencing.

County Roads: 

If your concern is related to a County Road, please contact the County of Simcoe at service@simcoe.ca or review the County of Simcoe Sign By-law #6756.      

Provincial Roads:

For signs located on provincial roadways, please contact the province of Ontario
