The Township of Tiny has a wide selection and distribution of diverse and extensive parks. These spaces are well used and possess a range of facilities that cater to different interest groups.
The municipality owns and/or manages approximately 814.23 acres of parkland within 162 park sites across the township.

The courts at Parkside Park located in Balm Beach are currently under construction, with an anticipated completion date of June 14, 2024. Public notice details about the resurfacing construction are available here.

Tiny (Rail) Trail
The Tiny Trail is a 23-kilometre recreational multi-use trail. It was one of Ontario’s first rail-to-trail conversions when it was purchased in 1978. Registered as part of the Trans Canada Trail network, its southern terminus is at the Tiny/Flos Line (Springwater), 1.5 kilometres north of Elmvale, runs roughly west parallel to County Road 6, and then angles northeastward to its northern terminus at the southern town limits of Penetanguishene.

The trail passes over prime agricultural land and into areas of hardwood forest. The Wye River and Copeland Creek meander across the trail and under 14 historic bridges, 11 of which are located between its northern entrance and Concession 12 East. This northern section of the trail is paved, while the remaining trail is surfaced with crushed stone. The trail is a shared-use trail and permits a wide variety of uses. Snowmobiles are permitted to use the trail by permit only, while ATVs, dirt bikes, and street vehicles are not permitted on the trail.

CBO Off-Leash Dog Park
The Township of Tiny's Off-Leash Dog Park is located at CBO Park (2 Winterset Avenue). The dog park offers a large dog enclosure and a small dog enclosure and is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. from May 1st to October 31st each calendar year. Users are required to review the posted 'Dog Park Rules', located at the entrance of each enclosure prior to use.
The park will remain open from November 1st to March 31st, with limited hours and operations:
- Hours of operation: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Small dog park enclosure will remain closed
- Caution must be exercised when using the park in winter conditions
- Support our volunteers and 'stoop and scoop'
- All other dog park rules apply
