There will be 22 amazing local vendors selling crafts and gifts ranging from stained glass, woodwork, pottery, jewelry and much more! There will also be raffles and refreshments, with all event proceeds helping animals in need in our community.

Previously a crisis only of urban centres, it now reaches all areas and requires more services and resources. Today, in this country, it is estimated there are 35,000 people so described…… likely more! The homeless include men, women, youth, seniors, veterans, gender diverse, and mentally ill, of all races. This presentation by Our Health will examine how homelessness affects health both mentally and physically!

Let's get moving on Sunday, September 18, 2022, at Perkinsfield Park for the annual Terry Fox Day in the Heart of Georgian Bay. The Terry Fox Run is an annual non-competitive charity event held around the world to raise money for cancer research in commemoration of Canadian cancer activist Terry Fox and his Marathon of Hope. Together, North Simcoe donated over $104, 000 for cancer research through the 2021 Terry Fox Day program! Let's do it again and then some more.
